Position Overview: Lone Tree Retirement Community is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. At Lone Tree Retirement Community, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel a CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: As a CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant at Lone Tree Retirement Community, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing compassionate, high-quality care in alignment with Lone Tree Retirement Community standards
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
- Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
- Building trusting and respectful relationships with residents and their families
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
Qualifications:
- Active certification as a CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant
- Previous experience as a CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
