Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Haviland Care Center in Haviland, Kansas is hiring a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Salary: $26.00 to $29.70 per hour. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, short‑term and long‑term disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, and daily pay options.

As an LPN, you provide total care for residents, monitor condition and needs, administer medications per physician orders, adhere to narcotic policies, observe for side effects, report changes, oversee NAR staff to ensure care plans are followed, complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, report bruises, skin tears, or neglect, maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, and provide excellent customer service.

• LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Preferred: experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing (not required)

Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts.
