Good Samaritan Society - 108 East Ash Street - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with daily living activities (bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs);
Assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises;
Assist with meals and dining; support residents with meals and snacks; ensure a positive dining experience;
Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse; assist with wellness and recreational programs as needed
