• Provide direct resident care under the supervision of nursing staff
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
• Take and record vital signs
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support a safe and clean environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

• Compassionate and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
