Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate daily operations of the medical unit
  • Provide hands‑on patient care while overseeing nursing workflows
  • Support, mentor, and guide nursing staff to promote teamwork and clinical excellence
  • Collaborate with providers to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Advocate for patients while maintaining ethical and professional nursing standards
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility, state, and SHP guidelines
