Shift: Day Shift
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Clinic

Compensation starting at $16.63/hr, commensurate with relevant work experience; a robust benefit package is available.

What You'll Do
  • Assist providers and nurses with direct patient care
  • Prepare patients for exams and procedures
  • Help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Support both primary care and specialty clinic services
  • Build positive relationships with patients and teammates
  • Ensure quality care while following established clinical standards
What We're Looking For
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • A compassionate, patient‑first attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A dependable, positive work ethic
  • A passion for serving rural communities
Qualifications
  • Education: Completed Certified Nurse Assistant program and minimum age of 17 required;
    High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year’s experience in a hospital setting preferred
  • Preferred

    • Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multitasking
    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
    • Excellent interpersonal and technical skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy‑to‑understand language
    • Strong independent judgment and decision‑making skills
    • Basic computer and Microsoft Office program skills, electronic medical record experience, and ability to operate required nursing equipment
  • Certifications/Registrations: Certified Nurse Assistant certification, CPR
