Location: Home
Tri County Home Health is seeking a Home Health – Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. The RN will assess needs, create care plans, and implement nursing interventions, while educating patients and families on healthcare practices and disease prevention.
The role requires a Texas RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and strong communication skills. Home health experience is preferred.
