RN - Emergency Room

Sabetha, KS

Part-Time | Days | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 2 days per week (24 hours per week) | Every 3rd weekend rotation required | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care across both the Emergency Room and Medical/Surgical units within a Critical Access facility
• Manage inpatient census, dividing patient load collaboratively among the nursing team each shift
• Triage and care for ER patients, with responsibility shared across the nursing team as needed
• Collaborate with LPNs and CNAs as part of a small, close-knit care team
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management

• Active RN license with documented experience in both Emergency Room and Medical/Surgical settings
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) — must be current at time of submission
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) — must be current at time of submission
• TNCC certification — must be current at time of submission or have a class scheduled prior to submission (receipt required)
• ER and MS experience must be reflected in work history at time of submission

• NRP (AHA) certification highly preferred
• Prior experience in a Critical Access Hospital or small rural facility setting

• Work in a supportive, small-team environment with on-call crisis nurse backup available every night
• Opportunity to practice across multiple units, broadening clinical experience in a Critical Access setting
