Active Kansas RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC (through AHA), NRP preferred
Experience:
Prior ER and Med Surg experience required

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality patient care in both ER and Med Surg units
- Share patient responsibilities with team members, ensuring efficient workflow
- Manage a typical caseload of 3-5 patients, with up to 8 at times
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team, including a crisis nurse on call
- Document patient information accurately in Cerner EMR system
- Follow hospital protocols and maintain safety standards
- Work in a small, supportive environment that values teamwork and patient-centered care
What You Need
- Active Kansas RN license
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (must be through AHA or scheduled prior to start)
- TNCC certification highly preferred or must be obtained prior to assignment
- Experience in ER and Med Surg units
- Ability to work 2 days per week, including every 3rd weekend
- Flexibility with shift hours and a commitment to patient care
