Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide high-quality primary care services through a Mobile Health Clinic serving Bucklin and Dodge City, Kansas
. This role offers the opportunity to improve healthcare access in rural communities while building meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients in a collaborative healthcare environment.

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Promote preventive care and patient education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory standards.
• Foster strong relationships with patients and support community‑focused healthcare initiatives.

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in Kansas (or eligible for licensure).
• DEA registration or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical assessment and primary care skills.
• Passion for serving rural and underserved communities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient care skills.
