Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Whether you have decades of experience or are just starting your nursing career, we welcome individuals who are committed to providing high‑quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or as indicated by patient care needs.
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and treatments.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to enhance nursing knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
  • Current RN or LPN licensure in Kansas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
