What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality emergency care to adult patients in a busy ER setting
  • Assess patient needs, perform triage, and stabilize patients
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient care accurately using Cerner charting system
  • Take on charge nurse responsibilities as needed and compensated accordingly
  • Adapt to a Med/Surg & ER combined unit environment in a critical access hospital
  • Handle a high volume of ER visits, requiring quick, effective decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and health protocols

What You Need:

• Required:
  • Valid Kansas RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
  • Critical access ER experience
  • Strong Cerner charting experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Preferred:
  • TNCC certification
  • Previous travel nursing experience
