Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support;
Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises;
Participate in food preparation and dining activities to create a positive dining experience; assist residents with meals and hydration;
Document resident interactions and outcomes; communicate changes in condition to the charge nurse
