- Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Nights
- Hours/Week: 36 hours
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Licenses/Certs: State RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (AHA), NRP (highly preferred) or scheduled prior to start
- Experience: ER experience required;
Med Surg experience preferred
- Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60/hr

- Provide high-quality emergency care to adult patients in a critical access facility
- Manage patient care across multiple units, including ER and Med Surg
- Assist in patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Follow ACLS, PALS, TNCC protocols and assist with emergency procedures
- Document care using Cerner EMR system
- Adapt to the small facility environment with variable patient loads and team configurations
- Valid Kansas RN license (or ability to obtain)
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS through AHA; NRP strongly preferred or scheduled prior to start
- ER experience required;
Med Surg experience preferred - Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible shifts
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
