What You'll Do:
- Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg & ER environment
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergent needs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately in CPSI-Evident EMR
- Assist with patient education and discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with all hospital and regulatory standards
What You Need:
- Valid Kansas or multistate RN license
- Minimum 1 year of Med Surg and ER experience
- BLS certification from AHA
- Ability to start on or before 10/05/2026
- Must have CPR and experience working in a rural CAH setting
- Prefer previous travel experience
About the Assignment:
This assignment is for a short-term coverage need at a small rural Critical Access Hospital in Quinter, KS. The facility values experienced RNs who can adapt quickly, provide quality care, and work independently. The EMR used is CPSI-Evident. Housing can be provided at a discounted rate upon request. No charge differential applies, and local travelers are welcome at the same rate.
