Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Competitive pay packages Paid sick time Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do Provide high-quality emergency care to patients across different units, including ER and Med Surg Collaborate with a small, dedicated team to manage patient loads averaging 3-5 patients, with occasional up to 8 Support the crisis nurse team, communicate effectively with staff, and ensure patient safety and comfort Follow hospital protocols and maintain compliance with safety standards Use Cerner EMR system for documentation and patient care updates Participate in rotation to work weekends and ensure coverage of all shifts Adhere to infection control policies, including wearing masks during flu season What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in Kansas or appropriate state license BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications (through AHA) Experience in ER and Med Surg units Ability to work rotating weekends Preferred: NRP certification Previous experience in critical care settings About the Assignment At this facility, you'll be part of a small, close-knit team providing critical care access. The hospital manages a low patient census, fostering a highly collaborative and efficient work environment.
