Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Full-Time Med Surg 7:00 AM–7:00 PM | $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our healthcare team in a full-time position.

This position works the 7:00 AM–7:00 PM day shift , consisting of three (3) 12-hour shifts per week , with a rotation of weekends and holidays. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate patient care while supporting nursing and clinical staff in both departments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care on the Med Surg unit and in the Emergency Department during assigned shifts.
  • Assist nursing and clinical staff with patient care and daily unit needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Follow all hospital safety, clinical, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.
  • Perform other CNA duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Current Kansas CNA certification in good standing and eligible to work as a CNA in the state of Kansas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a patient-centered mindset.
  • Dependable and able to work a full-time schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week.
  • Ability and willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays.
  • Hospital experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate .
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus with a one-year employment commitment
