• Active LPN or LVN license in Kansas
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or 1:1 nursing support preferred
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in medical situations
• Capable of following IEP/504 plans and healthcare protocols
• Skilled collaborator with teachers, school staff, and families
• Strong documentation and communication abilities
• Professionalism, reliability, and empathy in all student interactions

• Provide direct 1:1 nursing care and monitoring to a student throughout the school day
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders
• Monitor for changes in health status and respond per guidelines and care plans
• Communicate healthcare updates and collaborate with the student's educational team
• Document interventions, incidents, and daily care activities per school and nursing standards
• Support the students participation in classroom activities, field trips, and other school events, ensuring safety and inclusion
