Flight Nurse, ICU Nurse

We are hiring a Flight Nurse to join a team dedicated to safe patient transportation via air and scene call work.

• Assessing patients in critical care situations and supporting physicians’ orders.
• Managing adult and pediatric critically ill or injured patients with critical thinking skills.
• Maintaining a safe, clean aircraft environment, conducting equipment and base checks, and adhering to safety standards.
• Communicating professionally with air and ground teams, dispatch, and partners.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and complying with safety protocols and ongoing training requirements.

• Minimum of three years of experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as a licensed RN.
• Current RN license in the applicable states.
• EMT and Trauma Certifications as required by the state(s).
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications (NRP provided during training).
• Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) within 24 months of hire.

Preferred qualifications include prior flight experience and instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS.

This role offers competitive pay, a $18,000 annual stipend, company-paid crew housing, and a schedule of two 24-hour shifts per week.
