Critical Access ER/Nurse experience Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Competitive pay rate: $56.95/hour Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide emergency and med/surg care in a high-volume ER environment (up to 200 visits/month) Work collaboratively within a team to manage acute cases and patient needs Assist with charge nurse responsibilities as needed and compensated accordingly Utilize Cerner charting system;

strong Cerner experience preferred Adapt to the fast-paced, critical access hospital setting Follow all safety and clinical protocols to ensure high-quality patient care Support the team during busy shifts, providing timely interventions and patient assessments What You Need Active RN license in Kansas or ability to obtain one BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred Minimum 1 year ER and critical access hospital experience Strong Cerner charting proficiency or traveler experience with Cerner preferred Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment About the Assignment Join a high-volume critical access ER at a well-regarded facility in Minneola, Kansas, where your skills will directly impact patient outcomes.
