About the Role:As a Registered Nurse at Richmond Healthcare & Rehab Center, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting vital signs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and feedback
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our residents
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Kansas
