Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The position offers the opportunity to work in both the Emergency Room (ER) and Med Surg units, providing care to a diverse patient population. Some shifts may involve more responsibilities in Med Surg, depending on patient needs.

This position is located in Kansas.

• Assist nurses with patient care in both the ER and Med Surg settings.
• Provide support and comfort to patients and their families.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Work collaboratively with a healthcare team, including nurses and staff secretaries.

• Must be a certified nursing assistant in accordance with the Kansas Nurse Aide Registry (KDADS).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
• Previous travel experience is preferred but not required; first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience may be considered, depending on qualifications.

No mileage restrictions apply for this role. Candidates are encouraged to discuss any specific concerns about shift assignments with their healthcare professional.

COVID-19 vaccination exemptions are accepted; the flu vaccine is not required.

The staffing on the floor will include 2 nurses, 1 aide, and 1 staff secretary during shifts.
