Specialty Clinic Lead Nurse Full-Time (36+ hours/week) M-F

Clay County Medical Center is seeking an experienced Specialty Clinic Lead Nurse to join our Outpatient Services team. This role delivers high-quality nursing care, supports clinic operations, and ensures efficient day-to-day oversight. Responsibilities include managing provider schedules, coordinating care for multiple specialties, and leading daily clinic functions to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care, assessments, and education
• Prepare documentation and support for specialty clinics
• Coordinate appointments and communicate with care teams
• Maintain equipment, documentation, and patient safety
• Manage clinic/provider schedules
• Support compliance, quality assurance, and performance metrics

• RN license (Kansas or compact state), CPR certified
• Nursing degree from accredited program
• Outpatient or specialty clinic experience preferred

• Ability to perform physical tasks during 8–12 hour shifts
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Commitment to ongoing training and team collaboration
