Registered Nurse – PACU, Dundee, Kansas. This travel assignment begins 10/11/2026 and runs for 13 weeks in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting.   Short Term Acute Care Hospital in Dundee, KS

• Deliver direct PACU and Pre Op nursing care, including patient assessment, vital signs, airway management, and recovery monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, ensuring safe medication practices and accurate documentation
• Monitor for post-anesthesia complications, respond promptly to changes in patient status, and elevate to the anesthesia team as needed
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia staff to coordinate timely handoffs, discharge planning, and patient education
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation, including progress notes and discharge criteria
• Ensure infection control, patient safety, and proper use and maintenance of perioperative equipment

• Active Kansas RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of PACU and Pre Op experience
• New graduates not accepted
• Ability to work a 4x10-hour schedule with varied start times and on-call rotations, in a perioperative setting
