We are currently seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join ourteam on day, evening, and night shifts. Whether you're looking for full-time,part-time, or PRN employment, we offer flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.
Shift Availability- Shifts Available:
Days,Evenings, and Nights - Shift Lengths: 3, 4, 8, and
12-hour shifts - Pay starts at $20/hour
Park Lane Nursing Home is a non-profit, 54-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility proudly serving the Scott City community. Our campus, Park Lane Senior Living, also includes 20 Independent Living Apartments and 11 Residential Healthcare Apartments, allowing us to provide a continuum of care for local seniors.

Position SummaryAs aCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care and supportto residents, assisting with daily activities while promoting independence,comfort, and quality of life. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the highest level of care.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and committed to makinga positive impact in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing,grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as needed.
- Monitor and document resident observations, including vital signs and changes in condition.
- Promptly report concerns or changes in resident health to the nursing team.
- Assist residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.
- Maintaina clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed to support resident well-being.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
To maintain active PRN status, team members are expected to:
- Worka minimum of 8 hours per month.
- Worktwo holidays per calendar year.
- Maintain flexibility to assist with staffing needs when available.
- Active Kansas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Health Care Aide certification.
- Previous long-term care experience preferred; however, motivated new CNAs are encouraged to apply.
