Provide high-quality care to Med Surg and ER patients as needed Float between Med Surg and ER departments based on patient volume Collaborate with a team of nurses, CNAs, and staff secretaries Maintain patient safety and documentation in Athena EMR Support emergent and non-emergent patient needs Adhere to facility policies and shift expectations Foster a positive environment with excellent patient care What You Need:
Kansas or multistate RN license BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (all AHA) Generally 0-3 years of nursing experience; prior travel experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work night shift independently and efficiently About the Assignment:
Join a dedicated team at a leading facility in Goodland, Kansas, providing versatile medical and emergency care in a supportive environment. The unit may float to ER and Med Surg, with a typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 to 5:1. Work alongside skilled staff including LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality care for diverse patient needs.
