Are you a hands-on individual who loves the outdoors? Do you have a passion for bringing creative landscape designs to life? Ryan Lawn & Tree is looking for a Landscape Installer to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming outdoor spaces with high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

* Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to bring visions to life.

* Prepare job sites by clearing debris, grading terrain, and prepping soil.

* Install plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, hardscape features, irrigation systems, and lighting.

* Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

* Communicate effectively with team members for seamless project execution.

* Provide input and feedback on project feasibility and best practices.

Requirements

* Passion for working outdoors and creating beautiful landscapes.

* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

* Bilingual in Spanish.

* Ability to lift 50 lbs, perform physically demanding tasks, and work in various weather conditions.

* Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical.

* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
