Bilingual Outdoor Crew Member​/Landscaper

Overview

Are you a hands-on individual who loves the outdoors? Do you have a passion for bringing creative landscape designs to life? Ryan Lawn & Tree is looking for a Landscape Installer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming outdoor spaces with high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to bring visions to life.
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris, grading terrain, and prepping soil.
• Install plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, hardscape features, irrigation systems, and lighting.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members for seamless project execution.
• Provide input and feedback on project feasibility and best practices.

• Passion for working outdoors and creating beautiful landscapes.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, perform physically demanding tasks, and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
