Landscape Installer

Overview

Ryan Lawn & Tree, named one of the top three lawn and landscape companies in the U.S., is growing and expanding our landscape team. We are looking for a Landscape Installer who takes pride in their work and enjoys seeing a finished project come to life. You will work alongside a skilled crew to build and install landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients across the Kansas City area.

• Competitive starting pay at $43,000+ depending on experience

• Install landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard
• Represent Ryan professionally on every job site with great customer service
• Operate tools and equipment safely in a variety of weather conditions

• Experience in landscape, hardscape, construction, or a related field is a plus — but not required
• Willingness to learn (we offer a structured training program)
• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Basic customer service and communication skills
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening (including marijuana), and DOT physical
