Are you a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in getting it right the first time? We're looking for a Quality Assurance Technician & QC Inspector to join our agricultural manufacturing team — someone who understands that quality isn't just a checkpoint, it's a culture.
In this role, you'll be on the front lines of our manufacturing process — inspecting, measuring, analyzing, and improving the products we send out into the world. From reading engineering blueprints to managing Material Review Board (MRB) processes, your work will directly impact what our customers receive.
What You'll Do- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections against engineering blueprints and customer specifications
- Identify, document, and track nonconformances — own the MRB process from discovery through disposition
- Inspect welds, paint, and assembly output for conformance to quality and appearance standards
- Operate and maintain precision measurement equipment, including the Keyence Measurement System, calipers, and gauges
- Collect and analyze quality data; create trend charts and post results to the KPI board
- Maintain calibration records for all measurement and inspection equipment
- Create and update work instructions, inspection forms, and quality documentation within the ISO system
- Support and participate in ISO 9001 internal audits
- Coordinate with production supervisors and engineering teams to troubleshoot defects and drive root cause solutions

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical/vocational training or associate degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing Technology, or related field — strongly preferred
- 1–2 years of quality control or inspection experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- ASO certification or willingness to pursue
- Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is a big plus
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and GD&T drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Quality Management Software (QMS) and ERP systems
- Willingness to learn and operate the Keyence Measurement System
- Exceptional attention to detail — you notice what others miss
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Honest and unwavering when it comes to quality standards (no compromises!)
- Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and management
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team

The employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat and vibration. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and various chemicals.
The noise level in the manufacturing environment is usually loud, so hearing protection is required. Duties will be both indoors and outdoors regardless of the weather
