Expert Modular Consultants, LLC is looking for a modular building inspector.
Responsibilities- Inspect modular buildings for code compliance in all trades
- Monitor building manufacturers’ quality control programs
- Conduct inspections using approved plans, applicable codes, and manufacturer quality control manuals
- Work from home and travel to client facilities in South Georgia (Douglas, Ellaville, Valdosta areas) by auto
- Experience in building inspections and/or construction
- Inspector certifications are preferred; must obtain ICC inspector certifications in all trades after hire
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use
