Global Supplier Auditor

We are seeking an experienced Global Supplier Auditor, based at our Reichshoffen site (Bas-Rhin), to strengthen supplier performance and compliance across our global supply base. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing our key suppliers worldwide and for developing the auditing capabilities of our purchasing teams through coaching and hands-on support.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Plan, conduct, and report supplier audits for the company's main global suppliers, together with our purchasing managers globally and global quality
  • Assess supplier compliance with quality, sustainability, ethical, and contractual requirements
  • Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities within supplier operations
  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable improvements
  • Develop, standardize, and continuously improve supplier audit methodologies and tools
  • Coach and train purchasers in supplier auditing techniques and best practices - Roll out the audit methodology across all group units
  • Support purchasers during joint audits and supplier evaluations
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for supplier audits within the organization
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our suppliers' manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Quality, Sustainability, and Operations teams
  • Contribute to supplier development programs and continuous improvement initiatives

You have a bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, quality management, business, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in supplier auditing, quality audits, or supply chain compliance. Your background has given you expertise in the following areas:

  • Strong understanding of supplier management, procurement processes, and risk assessment.
  • Experience coaching or training others in auditing or quality-related skills.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certified (IRCA or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., ISO 14001, 50001, 45001 ESG, social compliance) is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
