Landmark Properties is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Assistant to support planning of community events, assist with on- and off-campus activities, and provide service to prospective residents to meet goals set by the Community Manager.
You will monitor model and tour routes, help maintain curb appeal, track leasing data, and collaborate on strategies to retain residents and attract new ones, while upholding Landmark Properties policies and ensuring a professional work environment.
