Salesperson ​/ Entry Level ​/ Recent Grads ​/ Commercial Real Estate

Metro Commercial Real Estate is seeking a full-time entry-level salesperson who is interested in a professional career in commercial real estate for its offices in Mount Laurel (NJ), Plymouth Meeting (PA), and Philadelphia (PA).

Recent college graduates who have a strong desire to learn the commercial real estate business from the ground up and have strong people skills would be a great fit for this career.

This is a sales position. Our focus is on the retail sector. As such, candidates must be comfortable prospecting for leads and establishing a rapport with major property owners and national and regional retailers.

As a representative for a retailer, you will work with retail landlords, putting together site selection packages. As a representative for a landlord, you will work with retail landlords to negotiate new leases and lease renewals, and fill their centers with strong retail tenants. Working with our Investment Sales team, you’ll list and sell high-grade commercial retail facilities.

An important qualification is that the successful candidate must secure a NJ and PA Real Estate License within 60 days of accepting a position.

Qualifications

• BA or BS.
• A strong desire for a professional sales as career.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, especially legal agreements.

Compensation & Benefits

• First Year Salary, then 100% Commission
• Benefits:
  Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (cost-shared with Metro), as well as employer-paid Life and AD&D Insurance. Benefits begin on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment and eligibility is determined by each plan’s specific criteria.
