Taco Bell - - - Responsibilities:
Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure all Team Members complete Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s) and maintain a neat appearance in uniform.;
Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders; resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.;
Greet customers with a smile and speak politely; demonstrate urgency and work with management and fellow employees as a team.;
Assist RGM with cash control, inventory and labor; oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times; ensure health and safety standards.
