Opaa! Food Management is seeking a kitchen assistant to prepare breakfast and/or lunch, assist with serving lines, and participate in occasional catering. You will perform tasks across the kitchen, maintain clean work spaces, and ensure foods are held at proper temperatures.
The role requires following recipes, managing FIFO inventory, operating various kitchen Equipment, and upholding safety and hospitality standards. High School Diploma or GED is preferred; on-the-job training may be provided.
