• Prepare dining areas before, during, and after service by setting tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining clean service stations.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to support efficient table turnover and a polished guest experience.
• Deliver food accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guests, confirming table numbers, modifications, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, entryway, restrooms, kitchen pass, and other guest-facing areas.
• Communicate clearly with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and managers to coordinate seating, food delivery, table readiness, and special guest needs.
• Support the host stand by greeting guests, managing waitlists, answering basic questions, and helping maintain an organized seating flow.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures, including proper handling of dishes, glassware, and cleaning materials.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards for hospitality, appearance, teamwork, and customer service.

• No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
