Location: Stanley

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the overall integrity and maintenance of a store's inventory, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. This role requires 20‑30 hours per week, depending on store location, with a focus on accurate inventory management and exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure purchase orders are properly received from Ace and non‑Ace vendors.
  • Report inventory discrepancies (over/short and damages) from received orders.
  • Work with the freight captain to coordinate receiving and replenishment at the store.
  • Investigate all outbound items by scanning locations, determining causes, and applying correct procedures.
  • Utilize Mango reports and daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Follow defective merchandise procedures to secure credits.
  • Maintain on‑hand inventory integrity by reviewing discrepancies and adjusting counts after proper research.
  • Oversee price change completion, location code integrity, inventory level management, and adjustments.
  • Coordinate store preparation for periodic full store physical inventories.
  • Participate in Inventory Coordinator training and share knowledge with other associates.
  • Collaborate with Store Support Center departments to ensure appropriate inventory controls.
  • Partner with management to report and resolve inventory concerns.
  • Complete additional inventory functions as assigned by management.

Minimum Skills, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Ability to research and identify root causes of inventory discrepancies.
  • Preferred:
    Retail store experience.

Compensation: $15.00+ per hour.
