The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the overall integrity and maintenance of a store's inventory, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. This role requires 20‑30 hours per week, depending on store location, with a focus on accurate inventory management and exceptional customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure purchase orders are properly received from Ace and non‑Ace vendors.
- Report inventory discrepancies (over/short and damages) from received orders.
- Work with the freight captain to coordinate receiving and replenishment at the store.
- Investigate all outbound items by scanning locations, determining causes, and applying correct procedures.
- Utilize Mango reports and daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Follow defective merchandise procedures to secure credits.
- Maintain on‑hand inventory integrity by reviewing discrepancies and adjusting counts after proper research.
- Oversee price change completion, location code integrity, inventory level management, and adjustments.
- Coordinate store preparation for periodic full store physical inventories.
- Participate in Inventory Coordinator training and share knowledge with other associates.
- Collaborate with Store Support Center departments to ensure appropriate inventory controls.
- Partner with management to report and resolve inventory concerns.
- Complete additional inventory functions as assigned by management.

Compensation: $15.00+ per hour.
