24/7 Travel Stores Shift Manager

Maple Hill, KS 66507 — $18.25 – $22.56 / hour — full time

Our retail shift managers play an important part in our stores, handling responsibilities such as training staff, merchandising, and overseeing daily operations. Great pay and benefits are offered for exceptional performers.

• Train and develop store staff
• Manage in‑store merchandising and visual displays
• Ensure adequate stock and product placement
• Handle customer service and cash register operations
• Maintain a clean and inviting store environment
• Analyze sales performance to achieve goals

• Minimum age 18 and a valid driver’s license
• Can lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Willing to wear a uniform / adhere to dress code
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Basic computer skills; experience operating a computerized cash register
• Able to stand and walk for long periods during a shift
• Willing to work varying hours on a daily basis
• Willing to undergo criminal background check as required
