Meat​/Produce Team Supervisor

Pay: $16.00 - $32.00 per hour*

Full time, shifts may vary.

Meat / Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate products, maintain food safety standards, and ensure Fresh displays are in proper order throughout the day.

• Stock and rotate Fresh area products, maintaining proper food safety and temperature controls.
• Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and prepare displays.
• Perform detailed cleaning of shelves and department areas.
• Verify product dates and dispose of lower quality or expired items.
• Assist customers in finding, ordering, or selecting products in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other Fresh departments.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat foods as required.

Preferred:
Experience or passion for fresh food or grocery sales and customer service. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to hourly pay, employees may receive annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium bonuses ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
