As a member of the store management team, you actively participate in improving the economic and commercial performance of the store. To do this, you:

• Pilot and analyze various management indicators: margin, operating result, discount rate, stock rotation...
• Optimize store profitability by developing effective management tools: budgets, forecasts, reporting...
• Ensure the proper application of administrative and management procedures, security of funds, and logistics organization
• Lead action plans developed following national audits to improve store results and customer satisfaction
• Develop the competence and performance of each employee: you recruit, train, and value talent

• Your listening skills and teaching ability
• Your ability to rally employees around performance objectives
• Your analytical and synthesis skills
• Your ability to propose solutions
• Your education level of Bac+4/5 in business management and your first successful experience in the same field
