Traveling Retail Merchandiser

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Traveling Retail Merchandiser to support retail partners in the Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you will travel to assigned stores to implement planograms, set displays, stock and rotate products, and ensure shelves are visually appealing and compliant with brand standards. You'll collect basic in-store data, communicate with store teams, and help drive sales through effective product placement.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail locations to execute merchandising plans
• Set and maintain planograms, displays, and signage to company standards
• Stock, rotate, and face products to ensure on-shelf availability
• Collect in-store data and report on inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Build relationships with store personnel to support sales initiatives
• Ensure compliance with brand and retailer guidelines
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve product visibility and sales
• Accurately document work completed via mobile or online reporting tools
• Follow scheduled routes and manage time effectively across multiple locations
• Adhere to company safety, conduct, and travel policies
