The Position

As a Sales Advisor at Cigusto, you are a true ambassador of the brand and a key player in the store's performance.

Your mission: to ensure a quality customer experience while actively contributing to the commercial development of the store.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Welcome, advise, and retain each customer
  • Identify needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Develop sales and achieve your objectives through the monitoring of your KPIs
  • Ensure a qualitative and differentiating customer experience
  • Participate in the commercial dynamics and the good management of the store
  • Represent the values and expertise of Cigusto
