Therole
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Ecommerce Assistant Manager to support the growth of our online sales channels. Thisis an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for online retail,fashion, and resale platforms to help drive sales and deliver an excellent customer experience.
The successful candidate will assist in managing our ecommerce operations across multiple marketplaces and social sellingchannels, ensuring products are listed accurately, orders are processedefficiently, and online sales continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimise product listings acrossecommerce platforms.
- Process and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner.
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory across onlinechannels.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Support the planning and delivery of promotionalcampaigns.
- Assist with photography, product descriptions, and merchandising.
- Participate in live selling events to engage customer sand drive sales.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and organisationwithin ecommerce operations.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is professional and approachable and has:
- Previous experience in an ecommerce or online retail role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident using social media and online sellingplatforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience selling on eBay, Vinted, and Depop
. - Experience with live selling platforms andsocial commerce.
- Knowledge of product photography and listingoptimisation.
- Understanding of inventory management systems.
