Inside Sales Representative

Safe Haven Security, a leading national ADT Authorized Dealer, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for Key Partnerships. In this role, you'll manage high-value inbound and partner-generated leads, presenting smart home and security solutions to residential and small-business customers. You'll conduct discovery calls, build trust quickly, provide tailored proposals, and close deals over the phone. Working in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture, you'll track activity in CRM tools, hit daily/weekly KPIs, and collaborate with field teams to ensure smooth installation and excellent customer onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and partner-generated sales leads for smart home and security solutions
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities
• Present tailored product solutions and pricing, addressing objections and building trust
• Close sales over the phone and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities in CRM software
• Collaborate with field operations to coordinate smooth installation and onboarding
• Stay current on product features, promotions, and competitive offerings
• Contribute to a performance-driven, team-oriented sales culture
