The Community of Communes of Pays de Niederbronn-les-Bains (23,738 inhabitants – 116 agents), is recruiting: A TERRITORIAL DEVELOPER (M/F) Committed to economic development, spatial planning, ecological transition, and innovation, the Community of Communes is recruiting a territorial developer (M/F) to support the implementation of its public policies and ensure coordination between local actors. Under the authority of the head of the Territorial Development pole, you will be responsible for the following missions:
Piloting territorial projects: designing, coordinating, and implementing strategic projects related to local development issues (economy, mobility, housing, environment);
Animation and coordination of actors: mobilizing and rallying elected officials, institutional partners, economic and associative actors around the territory's projects;
Researching funding: supporting the grant manager in preparing subsidy dossiers (Europe, State, Region, Department…); being familiar with support schemes for businesses and institutional partners;
Strategic monitoring and foresight: analyzing territorial dynamics, proposing intervention axes, and anticipating regulatory and financial developments;
Communication and valorization: writing communication materials, organizing events, and promoting the actions implemented.

Experience in managing territorial projects and in the animation of partnerships Knowledge of public policies and the issues of territorial planning Mastery of financing devices and dossier preparation Ability to pilot studies and analyze territorial data Excellent writing and relational skills Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in territorial development, political science, territorial planning, or equivalent Desired experience in a local authority or development organization
