Position Overview

We are seeking a Landscape Operations Supervisor with strong experience in landscape construction—including hardscape and softscape installation and masonry work. This role isn’t just about managing from the sidelines—you’ll be out in the field working alongside the crew, leading by example, and helping make sure projects are done safely, on schedule, and with top‑notch quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise day‑to‑day landscape installation operations and job sites.
  • Oversee production crews; assist with subcontractors, ensuring proper workflow, productivity, and safety.
  • Hands‑on installation of hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, patios, etc.) and softscapes (plants, turf, trees), ponds, and pondless water features.
  • Manage equipment, materials, allocation of material for proper job costing and maintaining accurate records of hours worked.
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Train and mentor crew members, promoting a culture of safety and quality workmanship.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve on‑site challenges.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role in landscape, masonry, concrete, or construction.
  • Strong working knowledge of landscape installation, project management, hardscape/softscape techniques, and site grading.
  • Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and complete medical DOT.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (hours may vary seasonally)
