Irrigation Install Technician

Overview

Ryan Lawn & Tree is growing — and so is our irrigation team. We re looking for an Irrigation Install Technician who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and building relationships with customers. In this role, you ll work alongside experienced teammates to install and service irrigation systems, delivering the quality our clients expect.

• Install new irrigation and sprinkler systems
• Service and troubleshoot existing systems
• Provide excellent customer service on every job site
• Work collaboratively with your team to complete projects efficiently

• Competitive starting pay at $43,000+ depending on experience

• Experience in irrigation, landscape, plumbing, or a related field is a plus — but not required
• Willingness to learn (we have a structured training program)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions
• Reliable team player with strong customer communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening (including marijuana), & DOT physical
