• Perform general repairs and maintenance on plumbing, furniture, woodwork, appliances, electrical systems, and building structures.
• Maintain HVAC systems, refrigerators, ice makers, ventilation systems, and pool pumps.
• Monitor pool filtration and chlorination systems and maintain water testing logs.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to established procedures.
• Install and repair tile, drywall, grout, brick, and other building materials.
• Repair small motors and mechanical equipment.
• Respond to maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participate in departmental staff meetings and trainings.
• Assist with emergency response and facility‑related urgent needs.
• Complete additional duties assigned by the Facilities Manager.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Post‑secondary vocational/technical training in electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of maintenance experience in a business or institutional setting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and building repair.
• Familiarity with power tools and maintenance equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance priorities.
• Knowledge of emergency maintenance procedures preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
