Concrete Pump Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Concrete Pump Operator to join our team at Wenning Concrete Pumping. In this role, you will operate concrete pumping equipment such as concrete pump trucks, telebelts, and laser screeds, ensuring safety and quality at various job sites.

• Operate concrete pumping and/or telebelt machinery safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of concrete pumps and related equipment.
• Coordinate daily with managers and site supervisors.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of concrete pumping operations.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

• Valid CDL required.
• Strong work ethic.
• Able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Experience operating concrete pumping equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with team members and supervisors.
